DJ Skratchmo
New Orleans-born Steve Perret aka DJ Skratchmo began spinning and amassing a diverse array of vinyl in 1998. After losing most of it in Katrina, he restarted his collection, and expanded into digital software. Since then he has played in live bands, supported MCs, scratched on numerous tracks and spun at the likes of the Dragon's Den and the Hi Ho Lounge.
With recurring gigs at R Bar and Virgin Hotel Pool Club, Skratchmo is highly regarded in and around New Orleans as a beloved connoisseur of soul, funk, jazz, and hip hop music.

Skratchmo has collaborated with artists such as AG, El Da Sensei, Bazooka Joe, Boyanna Trayanova, Impulss, d.o.n., Stokely Ture (fka Truth Universal), Suave, Koan and the GPC Collective.
